NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy organization in Northern California to hire a Clinic Lead Physical Therapist (PT) for their Colusa location. This role is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinic culture, and maintaining a high standard of patient care while staying clinically active.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with autonomy, support, and long-term growth potential within a stable, clinician-led organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource within the clinic
• Support onboarding, mentorship, and professional development of staff
• Maintain quality standards and patient experience
• Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license-eligible in California
• DPT or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Previous outpatient experience required
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
